Delete your account & data

You can permanently delete your Napfradar account and all associated data at any time — right in the app or by email.

1Delete in the app (instant)

Open the app and go to Settings → Account → “Delete account”. After confirming, your account and all data are removed instantly and irreversibly.

2Request by email

If you no longer have access to the app, email us from your registered email address to support@napfradar.app with the subject “Delete account”.

We will delete your account and all data within 30 days at the latest and confirm the deletion.

Which data is deleted

When your account is deleted, the following is permanently and irreversibly removed:

your account and email address
all pet profiles
meal and symptom diary (including uploaded photos)
allergies, observations and preferences
weight and BCS history
elimination diets and their logs
saved products and check history

Recovery is not possible after deletion.

Note: Purchase and subscription records are managed by the app store (Google Play or Apple), not by Napfradar — their retention follows the respective store’s terms and legal obligations. Crash reports for app stability contain no personal data and cannot be attributed to you.
